It has a lovely 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
Ground floor:  
\- A 21 m² living room with TV (160 channels)  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- A dining room  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)  
\- Bathroom with shower and bath  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) and a cot  
\- Bedroom 4: two single beds  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board, table football, electronic dart board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from June to September.  
\- A beautiful 800 m² enclosed garden  
\- 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Ramonchamp, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

\- Gérardmer with the possibility of doing several activities: boat, casino, typical restaurant...
