We usually stay at the Windsor because it is very well located, has restaurants on the main floor and is usually very nice. This past time, the AC in the room didn't work and the staff said they only have two settings, one for summer and one for winter. It was so warm in the room we had to open the window just to get some cool air, it was almost too hot to sleep. Also, the shower didn't drain but the staff said they would take care of that.
Other than that it was fine.

Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags

The location is the best thing about this Kimpton. The room needed attention — the toilet ran all night, neither of the night lights worked. For a $400/ night stay in Philly, not impressed.

Nice stay for weekend in Philadelphia. Music from club next door was loud until midnight one night. Breakfast was a little skimpy. Also parking was a bit of an issue.
Neighborhood was great with a lot to do.
