This vacation was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had, and the team at Crockfords at Resorts World Las Vegas deserves every bit of praise I can give.
From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the lobby set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. The room accommodations were luxurious, the poolside experience was wonderful, and the exclusive area reserved for Crockfords guests was a standout amenity. The spa was equally impressive — truly a world-class retreat.
But the highlight of our entire stay was Selena at the front desk. We arrived with multiple reservations, and she seamlessly condensed everything into one perfectly organized stay — and even offered us an incredible upgrade overlooking the city of Las Vegas. Her customer service was remarkable from start to finish, and her follow-up throughout our stay showed just how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She was so warm and attentive to my family that we ended up extending our stay by two days. Selena is a true gem, and if you’re planning a visit to Crockfords, do yourself a favor and request her at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing.
The resort as a whole is unparalleled, and I cannot wait to return
