9.4/10 Exceptional! (378 reviews)
Very helpful staff. Short stay but enjoyed being able to wander the historic section of Harstad from the hotel. Great room & very quiet.
Didn’t like the air blowing down on the bed from ceiling vent - my only complaint.
Parking should be free.

8.6/10 Excellent! (222 reviews)
Fairly large room but a little run down compared to the other Thon hotels I have stayed at. Soundproofing was also kind of poor as we could hear people talking as well as foot steps when people on the above floor were walking around the room.
Staff was friendly and the breakfast spread lives up to Thon hotel standard (really good breakfast variety).
Location is very convenient as you can walk to all the nearby grocery shops like Coop, Bunnpris and REMA1000.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
"Not one negative word to say about this hotel. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff are really great! Very genuine, friendly and helpful. The kind lady at the front desk let us check in early, and check out late. Our room was in the older section of the hotel but was still very ..."
