  • Welcome to The Mulberry on Trinity Woods!
    This five bedroom retreat central to downtown Cary (8 min), Raleigh (15 min), PNC & Cater Finley (6 min), and RDU Airport (15 min) features a curated vibe that is ideal for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay nestled in the heart of the Triangle. The open main spaces, large screened-in porch, full kitchen, and five bedrooms are perfect for hosting the whole family.


    The Mulberry's main floor is perfect for hosting, with mid-day chats in the sitting room, evening movies on the TV, meals in the dining room, and any-time games. Our full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space has all the basics for cooking up a delicious meal, serving up take-out, making coffee, and organizing snacks. But, your favorite spot of the house might just be outside on the screened-in porch or relaxing by the gas fire pit.

    Our second floor king and double-queen rooms each feature a curated aesthetic, smart TV's, and bedside charging stations. The bunk room's three full size mattresses are perfect for kids or adults (bonus, there's an attached play room for the little ones). The two second floor bathrooms each feature a shower/tub and stocked amenities like fresh towels, a hairdryer, and all of the essentials. Our third floor hosts two more rooms with king beds, a dedicated workspace, and a full hallway bathroom.

This house was the perfect place for our families. Plenty of space and lots of beds! The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessary items we needed and even helpful items that we had forgotten! Richard was a great host, very responsive and accommodating to all our requests. We will be staying here again!

Great Golf Weekend in Cary

Richie and Mark are fantastic hosts, and this property was perfect for our group. We had eight friends in town to enjoy some golf and some of the local breweries. The house had great amenities, and it was convenient to everything.

We rented the Mulberry on Trinity Woods to accommodate out of town guests for a family funeral. The home and its amenities provided a nice communal space where our loved ones could spend time together and reminisce. The cold weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but it's a lovely set up. Perhaps next time...

Great house! We were a party of nine. Tons of beds, plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked. All nine of us were ableTo sit in the living room to watch a movie which was great. We only stayed one night but would Have loved to have stayed longer. The hosts were very responsive with any answers to questions we had and it was very close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Raleigh stay

This rental is in a great, quiet neighborhood while still being close to downtown raleigh and all the cute local shops in Cary. We had 13 people during our stay and the house was big enough for all of us to fit comfortably. We loved the outdoor screened porch the most but, really, everything was lovely. Also the hosts were super responsive, communicative and helpful during our stay.

Great house & hosts

We enjoyed our stay in Cary, NC. The house fit 9 well. Really appreciated the extra rooms with the fireplace, cocktail tables, poker table and especially the screened in porch. The dining room sat 9 easily and was great to have for a large group! Hosts communicated very well! The kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again!

The house was very nice and there was plenty of space. Everything was generally clean. The home was well stocked and we enjoyed our visit. The only drawback was not being able to control the heat. Winter is unpredictable and at the nightly rate that was charged, we should have been able to have the house warmed at the temperature that was most comfortable for us.
