Relaxing Urban Retreat

This newly renovated home near downtown-- mere minutes from all of Raleigh’s attractions and concert venues-- is deceivingly spacious. Step inside to the large, yet cozy family room, grab a cup of coffee in the kitchen, and keep going to enjoy the bright, beautiful sunroom overlooking a private backyard and fire pit.

Three large bedrooms, all with big closets. Front bedroom includes a personal work space.

Futon in sunroom can also be folded down to use as additional bed.

Fine but very basic

This place is fine for a night stopover. The 4th bedroom is not a bedroom and no linens are provided for the sofa in there. We were saddened to not have a water filter or any coffee. I feel like there are the very basic supplies expected from an air b and b. The ring doorbell made us a little uncomfortable thinking someone was watching us.
