Quiet Spacious Home- central to Airport, Crabtree & food
Welcome to our home! Raleigh is a special place to us and we spend a lot of time here.
Our 4 bed/4 bath townhouse has almost 2,000 sqft to enjoy.
We do NOT allow gatherings or parties of any kind. No exceptions.
We ask that our guests respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
The large kitchen is fully stocked. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and more. It opens to a spacious living room with a Smart TV and eating area. You can also relax with a cup of coffee on our back deck.
Our condo is large with 3 floors to enjoy.
Top Floor:
-The Master Suite is Bedroom #1. It enjoys lots of space, a king-sized bed, TV and private full bathroom
-One additional full bathroom
-Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed
-Bedroom #3 has two twin beds.
Middle Floor:
- Large living room with a sleeper sofa
- Smart TV
- Desk workspace
- Dining table
- Large Kitchen (We have much of what you need for cooking. For those gourmet cooks out there please feel free to send us a message with any specific questions.)
-Deck for relaxing over a good conversation.
-Half Bathroom
Ground floor:
-Bedroom #4 has a queen sized bed and desk workspace.
-Bathroom #4 is a half Bathroom
-One car garage
-Full laundry room with washer and dryer.
Please note: Airbnb does not allow us to list this property as a 2 full bath & 2 half bath house. Hope this helps to clarify our space.
We have a smart lock on the front door. The code will be sent to you after you book.
-Guests must be 25 years or older
-Two cars allowed maximum. Park in garage, driveway or designated visitor areas.
-Well trained dogs allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
-Parties: We do NOT allow parties.
-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. We charge a $500 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.)
-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.
-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed if available.

Stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel comfortable, very quiet and clean. The host was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. Centrally located near airport, restaurants, and shopping. Definitely would stay again!

Mom’s Getaway Weekend
4 Moms stayed here and we all had plenty of space for ourselves and to hang out together. The home is clean and in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe to be in. It was so easy to get into Raleigh and the check-in/out process was simple. I know we’ll be back again!

Perfect weekend getaway
Stayed the weekend to spend Easter with our son who attends NC State. Wonderful layout, plenty of space and comfortable seating in dining and living room. Quiet, safe neighborhood, nice to take a morning walk to the clubhouse. Great communication with hosts.

The home was well appointed and comfortable. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. 4 bedrooms but only 2 have tubs/showers. 2 are 1/2 baths. We missed that detail but it was still great!

I thought it was redundant to focus so much on departure cleanup when I’ve already paid for that service. I would have cleaned up otherwise, but to start a load of laundry and the dish washer was excessive. Maybe just me… Other than that, the visit was very nice and relaxing..
