The house had tons of little extras supplied (like charging ports for phones, robes, etc.). There was plenty of space to be comfortable. We didn't have small kids with us but would have been set if we had!

We came down to spend Easter with our daughter who attends college in Raleigh. The house was spotless and had everything you could think of! The outdoor area for eating and relaxing with family was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

This property was great! The huge yard and outdoor living space was better than advertised. Our two dogs loved to play and run in the yard while we enjoyed the (mostly) beautiful Carolina weather. House was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely come back again.

My family was in awe with this house. The decor, the endless added amenities and the cleanliness was impeccable. We all felt at home and made wonderful memories. We were there for a few nights to see a concert at Walnut Grove amphitheater. Two couples, and our dogs. This place is spotless, with Careful and thoughtful details throughout. Outdoor area is beautiful, and indoors is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We will stay there again when we come to Raleigh for a long visit or concert.

This home is incredible

Staying at the New Hope House was nothing short of amazing. Everything you could ever need and more is provided, from children's toys for inside and outside play, a fully stocked kitchen, speakers, gorgeous outdoor seating, ridiculously comfortable beds and sheets with the pillows and blankets of your dreams, plenty of parking space and room for outdoor fun, a volleyball net, gas and wood firepits, travel toiletries, and the list goes on! Not to mention the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would 1000% stay here again. The location is convenient to most everything Raleigh has to offer and a quick 20 minute drive to the airport.

My family & I couldn't have been happier with this stay! The home was as advertised and the accommodations were wonderful. There was clearly a lot of thought and care put into this home and its amenities, including many nice touches like an iron & board in each bedroom as well as flashlights. The beds were so comfortable, we had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms & living room, and the outdoor space was fabulous! The home is in a great location to easily get around Raleigh. We would absolutely love to stay there again if we return to the area.

Parents Weekend

This property was amazing. The house was beautiful. It was clean and every amenity you could think of was there. There was not one thing missing that we needed. In fact there were so many amenities we wanted to use and just did not have time to use. The outdoor space was AMAZING!!! We enjoyed it so much. We were able to use the gas fire pit but ran out of time to use the log fire. The only down side which was a very small thing is that the road was a bit loud but everything else made you forget about it.

Best Home Yet!

This house is so well appointed and our favorite by far! We had everything we needed and more! A completely stocked kitchen and refrigerator including a bottle of wine, fresh bread, and fruit. From the furniture to the comfy beds, all of us continued to praise the owners for such a warm and inviting house. The back patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed a fire in the evenings and with our morning coffee. This home is everything and more than you can imagine. And we WILL return again! Just spectacular. Great place to relax and enjopy with your pets

We spent Christmas last year at the house and enjoyed every second over there. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. The backyard was huge for the dogs. They played so much that at the end of the day, they were exhausted. The hosts are very good at replying when you try to reach out with questions or for help. Every time we texted, they would reply pretty quickly, and even came to the house to help us with the outdoor heater and firepit. We would definitely stay there again. Wedding Trip

I highly recommend this house! It was the best place I have ever rented. We were here for my niece’s wedding in Raleigh and needed a place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer for a vacation. I felt at home and everything was beautiful and decorated so nicely. We had enough space for the six of us adults. The mattresses were comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. After the rehearsal dinner we came back and enjoyed the back porch area with the fire pit and tv. I would definitely like to rent again if I am in the area and need a place to stay. If I sent a message, Reyna was quickly to respond. If I could give more stars I would.

Dad Trip

My family and I flew in from different parts of the US to spend the weekend with my dad who turned 74 yrs old today! This place is an absolute gem! The house was so clean (like new). The patio and outdoor kitchen was set up and ready to go. Reyna is a great host, very personable and genuine Lots of toys and games for the little ones. Communication was quick and easy! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, blankets. etc.The beds are so comfortable!!!! The photos did not disappoint! If you are visiting the Raleigh Durham this is definitely the place you want to stay. Thank you Reyna for being such a great host!

Over The Top!

Words cannot describe the awesomeness of this house. Sooo many extras and extra attention to details throughout the entire property. A welcome fruit tray with apples, bananas,oranges, bagels and a bottle of wine was beautifully placed on the counter. Fully stocked kitchen with condiments and all the dishes and cooking supplies and gadgets are just a few examples of how wonderful this house is. Every bathroom fully stocked with shampoos body washes and shaving gel. Tons of very soft bath towels. We had children with us and the host left out ample toys, books, riding equipment and games. They loved the Holiday Home as they called it. There’s much more that this property offers and we would definitely rent from this host again.

Paradise in the City

Wow! What an impressive home! Fully stocked kitchen... Aluminum foil, baggies, cutting boards, sheet pans, measuring cups and spoons and all the spices and condiments you could ever want! The was also wine, bottled water and peanuts left for us. The beds were super comfy and living room had plenty of plush seating. The best part was the Oasis out back! Fire table, fire pit w/Adirondack chairs, volleyball/badminton net, a grill and a sink!! We spent most our time under the covered sitting area with the fire table going. The was also a huge space heater in case it got chilly. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. The house was very clean and we have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely stay this house again.

Awesome space for babies and toddlers!

Wow!! Reyna and her property are a cut above! If you stumble upon this vacation property in your search, look no further. Our daughters and I were looking for a central place to meet as we live in Michigan, Virginia, Tennessee and Florida. We were not looking for a destination with activities to do, we just wanted a home where we could be together and allow my 4 grandchildren under 2 to get to know their Aunts and cousins. Reyna had so many toys and extras for our kids. I wish I had a picture of our 2 yr olds faces as they came around the corner in the outdoor space and saw the hot-wheel tower, scooters and play tent. Our two year old who lives in an apartment ran and wandered all over the fenced backyard. Such a joy and a blessing to have stayed at this property as Reyna as our host.
