A great clean and modern place. 15 minute walk from downtown, but with the heat and the rain we were able to drive and find easy on street parking where we were going. (the world of Bluegrass). The place is huge, three full bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our time, got to watch a little football on TV, and take in lots of bluegrass music. Check-in and check-out was seemless. Off-street parking was great. Location is walking distance from multiple restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and more. Each night we walked to dinner. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House was very comfortable for 5 or 6 and was very clean, spacious and well-appointed.
