The house was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop grill and dining area was a hit, with wonderful views of downtown. We initially selected this house because of the EV charging capability in the garage. Unfortunately, the plug is a NEMA 14-30 outlet. Like most other EV brands, our Rivian uses a NEMA 14-50 plug. If you have an EV, make sure you have a 14-30 to 14-50 adapter. Not a showstopper, as there are many public chargers nearby. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this unit. If you have little ones, I recommend bringing a baby gate if you can (there’s lots of stairs). ##### Peter M. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this house was going to be nothing short of spectacular and perfect for our work trip. Myself and 2 co-workers were in Raleigh for a conference so we needed to find a home that would be appropriate and comfortable for 2 women and a male. The home is spacious and each bedroom has it's own bath which allowed us to spread out and relax in our own private spaces. The rooftop was the perfect place to start our day with a nice cup of coffee and end our day with a cheers. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Another highlight of this property is it's convenient location to downtown, yet still offering a serene and safe environment. We enjoyed being able to walk to and from the conference center, local restaurants and coffee/breakfast spots. Overall, our stay exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect house for a professional trip that ended up feeling like vacation and we can’t wait to return for the same annual conference next year! P.S.
