Welcome to Neuse Haven! Discover tranquility at our stylish retreat on 3 acres with a private pond and river access. Professionally designed, family-friendly, and centrally located, our spacious home offers peace and convenience. Relax in nature's embrace while being minutes away from downtown Raleigh.

Our home can comfortably accommodate a max of 16 guests. Kindly, we ask all guests to please read our house policies in the “Other Details” section before booking with us.

HOUSE RULES :

- No Parties or Events allowed on property (Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction)

- Max of 16 Guests allowed on the property, no exception! Approval by host

- Exterior quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM

- No guests allowed on the property other than those staying on the property ( ex: if your reservation is for 8 people, only 8 people allowed on the property) no exceptions.

- A max of 8 vehicles allowed on the property, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway, please try and carpool as best you can.

- Smoking permitted outside only. When done, all butts in to be disposed in trash cans. Any burn marks on furniture or Artwork will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- Pets: We welcome pets / service animals and allow for a max of 2. An extra cleaning fee of $100 per pet / service animal will be charged. This is a large property, whether service animal or not, dirt will be tracked into the property.

- Art work is for visual display only, please do not touch or tamper with any artwork on property. Any damage to Artwork will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

- Please re-frame from rearranging any furniture. If furniture is moved/ re-designed, you will lose half of your security deposit.

- No illegal substances allowed on the premises. If found, you will be hold liable.

-Security Deposit will be fully returned at time of check out
