Limited amenities. Room was poor condition with poor maintenance up keep completed. No desk, despite having a desk chair. No mini fridge which seems almost standard now. Stains on the carpet, tile was sticky to point out a couple issues.

No one cleaned my room in the three days I stayed. I don't know if that's a policy? It didn't bother me because I was only there to sleep. Breakfast is very acceptable and not at all spectacular. You very much need a car to get from there to anywhere else you might want to be.

Pathetic property and extremely undertrained and incompetent staff. I had booked 7 rooms and my room didn’t have fridge and microwave even though I paid the same for all rooms. Extremely disappointing experience.

The staff is severely undertrained. Even a high school person could be of more help and could help customers faster than the current staff there. What kind of staff can’t stand up and help guests when we were saying that our keys got constantly unresponsive to the door? What kind of hotel only offers clean up of rooms only upon request? And if they do, then it should be mentioned at the reception by the staff. Overall for the money spent, it’s the most wasteful experience ever. I had booked 7 rooms and one room didn’t even have a microwave and fridge and had a bedsheet style curtain. What a pathetic property and even incompetent staff.

Breakfast was minimal, no tea, always out of powdered eggs, hot water. They did replenish but not on a consistent basis or you had to ask. Bathtub very unsafe as it was extremely slippery & the shower leaked all the time. Staff was pleasant but slow & they all looked unhappy

I had stayed here years ago with no issues. This time, our bathroom often has several cockroaches climbing the walls. I did not bring this to staff attention until check out and I will say the staff told me if I had they would have changed our room and he was have the manager call the exterminator immediately (we were only staying 2 nights so we just kept our stuff out of the bathroom). One of the mattresses was ripped so that the ned springs were visible and metal was felt when laying down. Also I found it odd that despite our room being ready before check in time we needed to pay $25 for early check in otherwise we would have needed to wait until 3pm. Other hotels I have stayed at have let me do that no charge if the room was ready. The hotel is in a great location and the staff were friendly. We did not use the breakfast but it seemed pretty standard.

Rooms were clean. Housekeeping wasn't friendly or flexible, chatting on the phone, loud in the mornings wouldn't recommend if you are there to get some peaceful sleep.

First night I stayed there I found a roach crawling on the wall. I asked one staff member if I could get another room free for another night and I was told no that I would have to pay regular price for a night stay.

Last minute trip and needed a room with a separated space living space for work. Staff was fine the room assigned to us needed repair and cleaning. The room needed updating the sofa was stained.remote for tv in living room area missing and bedroom remote did not work. The space where the microwave and refrigerator had a huge crack in the ceiling and was duct taped. Bathroom crack in lighting fixture. Stains on bedroom walls and living room. Staff was fine busy weekend for area but the condition of the room needs to be reviewed. Many other hotels in area that I would stay at if I am back in the area.

The property itself needs some upkeep. For example the ice machines didn’t work on our floor, lost money on the washing machine trying to do a load of laundry that I could never accomplish, small things in the room such as no microwave, poor/very messy or no chalking on trim etc But the staff, with the exception of 1 housekeeper, were all very nice. The property/room was clean but overpriced for what is offered. Did have an ok breakfast but nothing extraordinary. If the price wasn’t so high and nothing a bit better was available, I would stay again. Things were acceptable, just wouldn’t be my first choice.

This was the worse experience of my life, I had to call costumer services for different reasons. Once, somebody gets into the next room, he was with a gun, smoking and hotel never made anything for our security, it was the worse!!!

Not a smoke free hotel
Lots of Pot smokers in the hall and in various rooms in the hotel. The smell of someone smoking pot in the hall woke us up in our room. This is NOT a smoke free hotel.. We told the desk clerk but she was unable to do anything. The property is rundown. On the bright side it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent Experience
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. At first, I was concerned about booking a room here because of the negative reviews. However, I understood that people and businesses deserve a second or third opportunity. Therefore, I went ahead and booked a room for three nights. Everything was clean and organized when I walked into the room, making me feel comfortable. The towels and bedsheets were clean—as were the toilet, the sink, and the bathtub. The bed was so comfortable that I did not want to get up. Concerning the breakfast, it was alright. They served waffles, coffee, apple and orange juice, cereal, sausage, bread, scrambled eggs, yogurt, and other things I cannot recall. Honestly, I liked this hotel, and I will come back if necessary.

Our stay was awesome.We were greeted upon arrival like old friends .very courteous kind and patient Managers and staff. Room was huge clean with big comfy beds pillows and soft warm duvets. Coffee tea with all the fixings are in rooms and in dining area .A hot and cold breakfast from waffles to cereal eggs sausage etc every morning . We turned our one day stay there into a four day stay .We highly recommend LaQuinta

Our stay so far has been great .So good that weve decided to extend our stay here another 3 days. Check in was pleasant greeted and treated with kindness and courtesy. Rooms here are clean and comfy very nice .

I loved the look of the outside architecture and the walking path around the outside pool. However, there were several people loitering outside each time we came and went, which was strange. The inside had a persistently musty odor in the lobby, hallways, elevator, and room. For the price, we would do it again! Working AC/Heat, mini-fridge and microwave, lighting, and plumbing. The breakfast spread was pretty decent (waffles, yogurt, all breakfast beverages expected, etc.) and it ran the full time. Thanks for taking care of us!

The moment I opened the door to our hotel room we saw roaches. I never even set my bags down. We turned around and went to the front desk. We were unable to receive our money back due to booking through a 3rd party (Expedia). We left and stayed at the Comfort Inn next door. When I get home from traveling, I will dispute the La Quinta hotel charges through my credit card.

When I checked in I was told that breakfast would be served from 6am-9am. On the first morning they cleaned up breakfast at 8:30am didn’t eat, on the second day they cleaned up at 8am didn’t eat. I did not try a third time. Horrible

The hotel was supposed to be smoke free but there was constant cigarette and marijuana smoke. We were in the hotel for one week and nobody cleaned our room. We asked the cleaning lady twice and she just replied “no”. We asked the front desk and they hung up on us. The continental breakfast was inedible. The eggs smelled of sulfur. Terrible experience. Would not stay again.
