The space was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we encountered a few issues with access and housekeeping. We did not gain access to the property until 45 minutes after check-in time due to the electronic keypad not working and had to wait outside until we got a response from the host to find an alternate way in (lockbox with key). The lockbox was already set to the correct combination, which raised some safety concerns. Additionally, we had to search for towels, which we eventually found in the dryer, likely overlooked by the cleaner. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this property with a little more attention to detail on the management side. ##### Elizebeth B. This house was a little dirty, not in a great neighborhood, had a broken window, a rusty metal latch sticking up on the pouch that someone might have cut themselves on but that wasn't my biggest issue with my stay. The communication with the owner was very poor. From the start where I was trying to coordinate the time for my elderly mother to get into the house before we arrived, to reaching out about an item we left, we got no replies back. We were locked out of the house at one point, reached out to the owner who said there may be a key in a lock box but they were out of the state and didn't have a backup in case the key wasn't there. I left a wedding to retrieve the key that they weren't 100% sure was there which luckily was but what would me have done if it wasn't considering there wasn't a backup option. I think I'll opt for the consistency of a hotel next time. ##### Bill P.
