Once in, the rooms were neat and tidy. The next day, the owner took down part of the fence and dug a trench with a machine all around the house which took her 8 hours and then she came back the next day and did more. This left loose red dirt everywhere in the backyard for my dogs to run through. There was also a strange rule that if you don't wash the dishes and put them away, you'll be charged $100\. I always wash them and put them away as a courtesy but saying people will be charged if they don't is going to encourage them to rinse and stick them back into the cabinet not totally clean. We used paper plates. All of this could easily be corrected and if she corrects those things, it would be a nice place to stay. ##### jane b.
