Plus, the Greenway is just a block away for easy outdoor access. The space This is a freshly renovated, modern 900-square-foot apartment featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It includes a sleek, updated kitchen and bathroom. Please read the neighborhood section at the bottom of this page before booking. Nightly rate is based on guest count, so if you need to increase your guest count after booking, the rate may increase and any price difference must be paid. Please understand that the number of guests you booked for is the maximum number allowed to be on the property, including visitors who don't spend the night. I'm a reasonable host - I do make an exception to allow for one or two short-term visitors during your stay. Outdoor security cameras (can't see inside property) are used to monitor guest and pet compliance. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a $50 fee per each pet for stays of 4 nights or fewer (pet fee will be greater for stays over 4 nights so please ask before booking if you'd like to check the longer stay pet fee amount).
