Perfect for 3 couples who had an event at PNC. Definitely a college kid neighborhood, but quiet. Had everything we needed for cooking. Would rent again.

The place was good for the price we paid, and the host responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew did a good clean prior to our arrival. The home had a smell to it that we couldn’t get out even with febreze/Clorox spray. Also, it may help to have the front porch sprayed for bugs, as there were quite a few large ants on the steps.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hosts communication.

Amazing property. Very elegant. Kitchen fully stocked. Very close to raleigh convention center. It is a two-story house with stairs so not handicap accessible.

Great little getaway! We were in town for a concert with 4 kids and my mother. It was spacious and easy to find everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked well and everything was clean. We would definitely stay again!
