One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties. I reached out to the host but he had someone else return my call. There was zero concern for the situation we were left to handle (the person we talked to seemed to believe the financial aspect was our only inconvenience).
