I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful weekend staycation at Flying Horse Resort & Club for Father’s Day! From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxing and family-friendly. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a special family getaway without having to travel far. Our kids absolutely loved the pools and all of the amenities. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making it easy for our family to unwind and enjoy quality time together. Father’s Day weekend was made even more memorable thanks to the excellent experience we had here. We would definitely recommend Flying Horse Resort & Club to families looking for a relaxing staycation and look forward to returning in the future!

I would happily give this hotel a five-star rating if it wasn't for Dooley's. My family went in on a Sunday afternoon for lunch.We waited nearly an hour for our burgers while those at the bar got served continuously. Then our food magically appeared when I finally complained about how long it was taking. They were served undercooked and lukewarm.Combine this with the price of a high-end hotel bar, and it became very frustrating. They offered no apologies and, after making us wait in a booth for way too long, suddenly became friendly and interested in us. Other than this experience, the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was accommodating. The coffee shop was wonderful and the amenities were perfect. If you avoid Dooley's at meal time, I would highly recommend this establishment.

Yes, place was wonderful. I mean like something out of a novel. This place was off the road, kind of tucked into a cul-de-sac of its own and I mean wow. We had a babbling Brook, a pool, a hot tub and wildlife almost crossing the property. Also, from this vantage point, we were able to navigate the city and figure it all out very easily meant to Springs is wonderful. It’s a small town and you can figure it out almost immediately. And I could’ve stayed anywhere in Manatee Springs, but this place was IT. Thank you, Town & Country cottages you made her stay dreamlike.

Breakfast was ok but when they first opened up at 630am, they were out of potatoes, yogurt parfait and wheat toast. It was a little frustrating when trying to order what we wanted. I felt bad for the waitress who kept having to tell customers about what they didn't have.
