Rainbow Stage in Kildonan Park

The t.v did not have any channels that worked. The pool had no clean towels. A staff member came in the pool three times and was quite rude. She kept saying no diving. There were no children diving, some were jumping in. My son was not doing this. I would say this is possibly due to a language barrier. She could have brought clean towels, there were none. Please hire Canadians.

Bathroom ceiling was leaking, went to front desk to notify staff. They informed me that maintenance was not working that night and there was nothing they could do till the next morning. Didn't offer to have anyone come clean or offer an alternative room. Staff seemed disinterested at best. Paid breakfast options only, egg bites were literally two miniscule quiche bits that were about one bite each for 5+ dollars. Would not recommend nor would I stay again. Disappointed to say the least.

Only thing didn’t like was the st there was some Not to plesssnt people outside but staff assisted when needed We loved the hotel kids loved the slide
