1 family room with a queen sleeper sofa with a split ac unit, with a tv including a firestick.
1 kitchen with a gas stove, standard refrigerator, pots, pans, kitchenware, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.

Front porch.
Back patio with grill, 2 inflatable kayaks, and 4 life jackets.
