Very friendly staff, great location.

Great location & friendly staff. Pinnacle Athens provided a rare 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Suite for our family of 5. While the condition of the suite was just good, the other attributes make this a find. The view of the Parthenon from the rooftop bar is stunning, the breakfast buffet was great, and the location is convenient to the Acropolis, Archeological Museum & Parliament. The staff booked us a last minute airport transfer - taxis only fit 4 - so this was a big help for the 5 of us.

Nice small hotel. Very modern with great breakfast. On main road with traffic noise and not very close to tourist attractions.

Stephanous was positively incredible. He made sure that everything flowed very smoothly from excellent food service to even going out of his ways to providing an umbrella during a short rain shower. I was a solo traveler. And I stayed in a standard double room. My room was right next to the reception on the ground floor. Noises in early morning were unavoidable, and that was a bit disappointing. This was my first time using a digital key for both hotel access and room entry. The setup process was straightforward, and using it was relatively easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful—they reached out well before check-in with clear instructions on how to access and use the e-key. One standout feature was the laundry service, which was not offered at the other hotels I stayed at during this trip. It was completed the same day and cost €16 (cash only), which I found convenient and reasonably priced. The only area for improvement was housekeeping. There was no service during my first night/day, which wasn’t a major issue as I tend to keep the room tidy. However, it would have been appreciated if essentials like toilet tissue had been replenished and the bathroom had been dried or refreshed. The shower head in my bathroom was very powerful - with no shower curtain nor door in the walk-in shower, it was unavoidable to flood the bathroom.
