The owner was very friendly and helpful. His pride in his motel shows in every detail from bathroom and shower design to great beds, towels and soaps. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very cute place! Loved all the flowers outside. The room was clean & quiet. The bathroom had a large shower that was very nice.

The owner and staff are fantastic and the rooms and facilities are so clean! Bed was really comfortable too. We made use of one of the BBQ’s and sat on the patio enjoying the view. Such a cute place, we will be back next summer. Thank you for a great stay :)

We had a great time during our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean. The suite was big and nice to have 2 bedrooms for a great price. We will for sure come back.

Very clean rooms. Central location at Radium Hot Springs close to lake Louise, Moraine, Banff and Yoho Parks and of course hot springs. Room daily rate is well worth compared to all these you will get.

We have stayed here before for four-to-five days at a time, given the fact the property is ideally located to many points of interest within a 100km radius. Willem is exceedingly personable and a gracious host. The rooms are immaculate. Our room included a kitchenette as well as a sitting area: the property is family-friendly. Dining options are just down the street.

Crescent motel was wonderful! The amenities inside the room were so surprisingly nice. There was a gas fireplace and a kitchenette with real dishes. Nice coffee. A little fridge that had a real freezer compartment. The bathroom was gorgeous, with a very elegant glass sink, beautiful tile, and a wonderful shower head. Willem was so hospitable and helpful. We had a great time visiting with him over drinks in the evening while sitting in the lovely gazebo. Outstanding value!

Great stay…..
We were on a road trip through the Kootenays and stayed at the Crescent. Room was totally renovated, clean and had everything we needed with the kitchenette. The owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if in this area.

Great getaway
We had such a great time this long weekend at Radium Crescent Motel. We've been thrilled by our host and enjoyed chatting with him. A smart, kind man, always with a smile on his face and ready to help if needed. Great size room, comfortable bed, a nice kitchenette, clean and freshly renovated, beautiful mountain view and easy access to hot springs, trails etc.

Almost perfect!
Most everything was excellent. Had to carry luggage and cooler up two sets of stairs. Hard to do with a bad knee. Keys where sticky and hard to open the door. Room was missing the toaster and my last complaint was the room was freezing cold and it took a long time to heat up.

If you would have ask me i could have brought you a toaster as i have lots in rooms with full kitchens when you booked room it stated that there were 19 steps to get to room . Willem is a very welcoming owner. He recently renovated all the rooms. We stayed in a quiet spacious studio room with kitchenette & king sized bed. Big windows allowed lots of natural light in. We had our own small porch directly outside the room with chairs. The property has a couple of shared areas to relax on patio furniture & BBQ. Definitely a place we would book again!
