The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly.
Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates.
Would still recommend and we will be back.

The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.
