The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be attentive and friendly. Ice machine worked well and there were plenty options to eat in the area. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels I was looking at. I'll be back definitely!

Staff was really nice, rooms are outdated. The cabinet that the mini fridge was in was falling apart. Only 1 mirror which was located in the bathroom making it hard for more than 1 person to get ready. (We were there for a wedding and had a 3 hr drive.) Floor felt like we were walking on damp carpet the entire time. And the curtains looked as if they were going to fall down.

The room we booked wasn’t available…was offered roll out beds,but no other compensation. In the middle of a heat advisory the raggedy air conditioning unit didn’t work…pushed our room temperature air and the unit was broken… everything felt moist in the room. Also again in the middle of summer and a heat advisory the pool was under maintenance. The staff that we interacted with were kind, the property is safe just needs a major update overall.

When we checked in the room we had reserved wasn’t available. They only had a queen bed available for three person stay. Needless to say it was a little cramped. The first room they gave us smelled like cat pee and air conditioner was squeaking. The second room atleast didn’t have an odor and the air conditioner didn’t squeak but you couldn’t hear the TV over the air blowing. Also they didn’t have usb charging ports in the room. There were only two bath towels in the room and one washcloth. The shampoo and body wash were partially used.

The room was filthy. Only one towel in the bathroom TV when it change channels. We ended up leaving early because we didn’t even wanna stay there. It was a waste of money and I probably won’t use a Expedia again and definitely never go to that hotel chain
