The check in details are wrong. We followed the information and went to address for check in. It was different address Then the property, the girl there didn’t speak good English and booked us another room even if we explained to here that we have booked a different location. Then finally she point us to the right place approximately 7km away (same owner) At the other place the girl was speaking good english and everything was ok, except for the wellness. We paid extra to use the wellness facility, but she explained that was closed for the day because they were cleaning it :) we didn’t believe it maybe because of the bad experience and because of the state of the whole facility.
