"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. "Fantastic staff - reception, cleaners and bar staff especially. Room was well appointed and cleaned to a high standard. Pool bar was understaffed on a couple of occasions but this was addressed our last couple of days where more staff became available. BBQ buffet was great value and in a nice peaceful environment. In my opinion this should be an adult only hotel as pool area was not suitable for children jumping around."
