I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.

Traveled for the 1st time to Giza/Cairo with my wife and a friend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience regarding this Hotel.
It's a simple but beautiful hotel with a pretty beautiful rooftop as well overlooking the Great Pyramids, especially at night.
The rooms are very clean and very well maintained and they've a pretty good size.
But the best part of the experience was it's Staff.
They are very friendly and amazing in every moment with us, especially our host, Alaa, that was available pretty much at any time of the day.
But the rest of the staff deserve recognition as well for their hospitality

Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp.
The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious!
The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus other hotels like the popular Mena House because it is a boutique hotel feeling, it’s more personalized, and every room has a spectacular view for a reasonable price. The location is also good, it’s obviously close to the pyramids and we felt very safe and secure —no scary elevators or stairs.
My husband wanted to get a haircut and we were able to get one late at night with the help of Ghandi. Ghandi walked us over to a barber shop and stayed with us the whole time.
I highly recommend Galaxy and the other properties under the same management (they look very similar but are located on another side of the pyramids). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
