Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Helpful and friendly staff at reception. The room was clean. Bed was okay comfort-wise but pillows were a bit firm. Nice room layout and there was a fridge which was useful.
