Huge step up to the bathroom which could be a hazard at night. Shower leaked and created pools of water on the floor. Bathroom door frame was not secured. Floor of room very slippery - be very careful. No shelf to put anything on in the bathroom and nowhere to put soap in the shower (no soap holder). Noise echoes so was noisy. No benches or similar to our luggage on. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond.

I had a room street side..very noisy..could not rest or sleep..room not insulated from noise of the street..very loud..window not sealed..the noise was as if the window was opened but was closed..traffic all night..police sirens..it was the worse room I have ever stayed in..

Simple hotel stay in the historic city center
Inexpensive. The hotel lacks any decoration, the rooms are very small, the bath room may be a challenge to use for larger people. The sink faucet has only cold water. The hotel also needs a bit of updating in the hallways and stairs need some cosmetic repair.

Only thing I disliked was the noise from the road and neighbors making it difficult to sleep. Staff was amazing.

This property took our money and then re-sold our room. We arrived at 10.30 on New Years Eve, they lied to us and told us the money had been returned and we then had to find a new hotel. We were refunded our money but are still out of pocket. Even if you like the look of the property and book it, that is no guarantee you have you a room

There was a leak that meant they didn’t have a room for us. But instead of letting us know when we arrived at 10 they told us after check-in at 2. We were able to leave our bags, but the bathroom in the lobby was gross. When they told us we couldn’t stay he said he would send us to another hotel that was similar and they were expecting us. We thought that was great. He put us in a taxi and the driver tried to find the place for 45 minutes, including three phone calls to Hotel David for directions. I don’t know if the place we ended up was even where they were trying to send us. Of course problems happen, but this left us in a bad position and it would have been much better if we had been told when we first arrived so we could have re-booked.

It was near the attractions in the historical center. The street is noisy for those with a room by the window.

Está en el Centro Historico, desayuno muy bueno, solo que las habitaciones que dan ala calle reciben todo elruidpde la calle que esmuy transitada.

El edificio colonial en muy buenas condiciones, sin embargo creo que deberia tener algun tipo de opcion para adquirir bebidas o agua embotellada asi como snacks ya que no hay comercio cercano que ofrezca eso, sobre todo si tomamos en cuenta que el comercio cierra a las 08:00 pm.

Poor management Can’t speak English At first they authorized an early check in Once we got there they refused to give us a room When we got back later they just told us they where no room left because one had a plumbing malfunction We had to book somewhere else with no help from them

Nice and clean room. Small breakfast but no problems to ask for more. The rooms has no ventilation and no hangers for the clothes. But overall a nice stay.
