Wonderful staff. Friendly welcome beautiful property

A charming small hotel very well situated in the historic centre district just a short walk from the plaza grande. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms well equipped and kept spotlessly clean . The hosts were as charming as they were helpful and made our stay a most enjoyable one.

Perfect location and wonderful staff

A lovely historic building with a warm welcome and well appointed room. Breakfast hosted by Lucia was exceptional and more than I have ever experienced before, a wonderful personal experience. I would certainly stay here again and I can recommend it to others who are in the area.

Spent one night here and glad I did. Not too far from the old town and not a crowded area. The staff were friendly this beats your typical hotel experience the decor was very unique.

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Good quality hotel

The hotel was excellent the owner went out his way to help taxis and any thing that made my stay nice,I would recommend this hotel to any body visiting Quito.

I booked the shuttle to collect me at the airport and I was collected ( paid the driver directly usd 25). No Air con so open the window for a bit of fresh air, lovely welcome with drinks and biscuits. Easy check out Had breakfast outside as in the hotel you should count usd15. Well located in the modern town. Opposite Carolina Park and supermarket Mall El Jardin is just a walk away.

We entered Ecuador completely blind not knowing what to expect and on arrival were met by a national strike, riots and soldiers on the streets, suffice to say we were a little scared. However our initial impressions and experience soon turned into one of the greatest countries I have visited, and undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed at, seriously if you are ever in Ecuador (and you must visit) you have to stay at the Hacienda Rumiloma it is a wonderful hotel that not only treats it's...

Wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was well organized. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, good WiFi and great breakfast

The hotel benefits from an excellent location just across the street from the Quicentro shopping centre and all of its cafes and restaurants. It is a great spot to start exploring the city and is in a generally safe area. There are security guards outside the property and overall you will find that this is a safe hotel. The property is a good size, with 136 bedrooms so it is a nice intimate space with about 14 rooms on each floor meaning this is not a bustling and chaotic hotel, which is...
