Conveniently located near the busy Mariscal district, we found everything we wanted within walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and service from the entire staff was courteous, attentive and much appreciated. Neighborhood eateries, cabs and/or Uber arrangements and assistance with anything that arose during our stay...all accomplished with a friendly smile. Especially Angel. Also Ricardo a driver recommended by hotel was excellent! He took us on day long tours to volcanos and other interesting sites. Cons: Breakfast was bellow average served in unattractive room without windows. Tiny lobby. Not sure why the hotel name includes the word Zen?
