This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it stood out. The hotel staff was amazing - shout out to Bryan Castenada at the front desk! From the time we arrived (which was wayyy early, due to our flight), he made sure we were taken care of. Even got us into our room early! The hotel itself is a mini museum, with artwork dating back to the 17th century.

Hotel is located to a lot of the popular tourist attractions, bars, restaurants, markets, etc. Room was clean and in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful - even waking up at 3am to send you off with a pack lunch to Machu Picchu.
Only minor drawback was hot water in the shower was sporadic.

Amazing hotel. Great staff, beautiful breakfast and to top it all Kiki the llama. A fantastic experience very near the center but quiet enough for a good sleep.
Everyone at the desk was fantastic, even if the airport pick up person let us down it didnt ruin the experience at all.
Everyone was very accommodating and pleasant.
