Charming villa located on an enclosed plot with direct access to the beach. Breathtaking view of the bay of Saint Vaast La Hougue, the Saint Marcouf Islands and the beaches of Calvados. Composed on the ground floor of a living room-lounge, fitted kitchen, a bedroom with sea view a large bed (160), a bathroom, a separate toilet and a veranda. On the 1st floor 1 bedroom (under mezzanine slope) with sea view 1 large double bed (160) and 1 single bed (90). free wifi throughout the house.

Obviously the location was great, however everything else was not good. Even though it looks nice on the outside in photos, the paint is chipping everywhere, the roof is missing shingles and weeds are all over. The pictures online make it look new and nice, but the foul odor of urine and mold over shadows an updated bathroom and a new refrigerator. Newer bedroom furniture is nice but if the mattresses are ancient it again defeats the purpose. Ant traps in the kitchen, mold on the shower curtains, and dog hair all over the furniture, and again the urine smell, makes me wonder what the 150 cleaning fee is for? I was extremely disappointed and very uncomfortable the entire stay.

Gîte très confortable et agréablement décoré. Devant la maison, la mer, derrière, un grand terrain. De petits escaliers petmettent un accès direct à la plage. Lucie est très impliquée et a pensé à tout pour ses locataires. Rien ne manque ! Séjour reposant, paysage sans cesse renouvelé

Eine schöne Woche am Meer

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Das Haus, dass wir sonst dort immer mieten war nicht verfügbar, so dass wir auf dieses umgeschwenkt haben. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht inklusive einem traumhaften Blick über die Bucht. Was fehlt ist ein Sofa oder zwei Sessel. Wenn das Haus mit 5 Personen belegt ist, fehlt hier leider der nötige Sitzplatz am Abend, wenn man sich drinnen aufhält. Dies soll aber das Haus nicht abwerten, sondern nur ein Verbesserungsvorschlag sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Un excellent séjour dans une maison parfaite sous tous les angles

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par la propriétaire, la maison est dans un état impeccable, très bien équipée. La situation "les pieds dans l'eau" et la "vue imprenable sur mer" correspondent entièrement à la description sur le site Internet, lever du soleil, mouvements des marées et jeu des mouettes sur plage compris. A recommander! .

Pour un séjour au calme (pas grand chose à faire aux alentours et centre ville inexistant) c est parfait la vue est juste magique c est vrai les photos sont très parlantes la maison est fonctionnelle et propre rien à redire Nous étions déjà venus en 2020 Juste un petit bémol : il serait bien de temps en temps de revoir les ustensiles de cuisine car c est vraiment sommaire et c est un peu dommage
