We thought this room was a good value for the money and the location was wonderful. However, we saw quite a few bugs in our room and the extra pillows looked dirty.
When we left our room, we never could get our door to lock from the outside, so we didn’t feel confident our things would be safe.
We also didn’t get our code to check in until closer to 3:30, even though check in was supposed to be at 3:00. We had several others in our group who had the same issue. Two of us even got the wrong codes and had to wait longer to get the correct codes.
I think it may have been an “off weekend” for them because we’ve had family staying here for years and they’ve always really liked it. We will probably give them another try in the future.
