Rental from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum. If you wish to arrive or depart outside of Saturday, please contact me to find out about the possibilities. Your place of life: We welcome you to an atypical house, fully equipped for maximum comfort during your stay. The living space includes: two adjoining and individual bedrooms, a spacious living room opening onto an open and fully equipped kitchen. A veranda with a view of the sea and its magnificent sunsets. The bathroom with shower is separate from the toilet. The sofa bed in the living room completes, if necessary, sleeping space for 6 people in total. A 500m2 garden, enclosed to safely accommodate your dogs and other animals. They are also accepted on the beach, even in summer, provided they are kept on a leash. You can park your vehicle on the plot in front of the house and reach the beach with all its activities and shops a 10-minute walk away. An outdoor storage room for bicycles is available and secure. As an option, we offer a linen kit (sheet and towel) at €12 per person. The cleaning package at the end of the stay at €55 is obligatory. A baby kit including a travel cot, a high chair and a bathtub is possible at no extra charge. We offer you internet access via wifi to stay connected. Our weekly rates range from €630 to €735 depending on the season. We accept ANCV holiday vouchers. After booking, a contract and general conditions will be sent to you for signature in order to definitively validate the rental. Your tourist activities: A seaside seaside village 15km from Dieppe, 18km from Saint Valéry en Caux, 50km from Fécamp and 70km from the famous town of Etretat, Quiberville welcomes you with its beaches and magnificent cliffs. There you will find the main local shops, bakery, grocery store, bars and restaurants. For your leisure, a sailing club, a fitness club, board and water sports, a library and the possibility of fishing on the seaside and the surrounding rivers. For lovers of fresh fish and shellfish, local fishermen offer you the contents of their coastal fishing every day. The very famous GR21 crosses the village and passes in front of the house to take you from the cliffs to the magnificent Ailly woods overlooking the sea. Many events are organized by the city and associations such as the sea festival, painting exhibitions, the boating festival and classical music concerts. There are superb churches and chapels to visit in the region as well as magnificent botanical gardens. In Dieppe, all amenities are available to you. Das Haus liegt nicht direkt am Strand, wie auf der Karte markiert, sondern ein Stück den Berg hinauf. Wenn man sich die Bilder ansieht, merkt man dies auch direkt. Wer also nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, dem ist der Weg zum Strand vielleicht zu beschwerlich.Das Haus verfügt über einen kleinen Vorgarten und einen großen Garten. Überall stehen Tische mit Stühlen und es gibt auch zwei Liegestühle. Man kann auf dem Gelände parken, die Einfahrt ist jedoch sehr schmal. Es gibt eine sehr moderne Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der verglaste Wintergarten mit Meerblick eignet sich besonders für kühlere Tage.Die Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr eng und steil und nicht für alle Personen geeignet.Das Doppelbett befindet sich quasi im Vorraum des Zimmers mit den zwei Einzelbetten, so dass man auf dem Weg zur Treppe immer daran vorbei muss. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine qualitativ hochwertige Schlafcouch. Der Fernseher ist allerdings eher aus den Gründertagen der Flachbild-Ära. Die Internet-Versorgung verdient diesen Titel nicht im Geringsten. Im Schuppen befindet sich ein Devolo-Repeater, der vermutlich das Signal des Nachbarn weiterleiten soll. Das Tempo entspricht ungefähr den guten, alten ISDN-Zeiten. Wer also Streaming bevorzugt oder im "Home-Office" arbeiten möchte, sollte sich mit einem 5g-Router nebst Datenflat ausstatten.Die Übergabe ging sehr zügig und pünktlich vonstatten und alles war sauber und gepflegt. ##### Carmen C. Wir haben vor allem den Wintergarten sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Ins Obergeschoß führt eine Wendeltreppe zu den beiden Schlafräumen mit offener Bauweise zum Untergeschoß. Im Oktober sehr ruhig. Das Grundstück eingezäunt, gut für unseren Hund. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 3-4 Personen. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer, aufgeteilt in 2 Bereiche, ist etwas steil, aber o.k. Der Wintergarten bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Leider ist das W-Lan etwas schwach und reicht nicht immer stabil bis hierhin. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein paar 'vernünftige' Messer wären toll. Es gibt einen separaten Kühlschrank und einen Holzkohlegrill. Im Grossen und Ganzen hatten wir eine schöne, ruhige Woche in Quiberville. ##### P. T.
