Lovely hotel in a great location, walkable to all the usual sights and very close to Penn station if travelling further. Rooms were nice and clean and fairly spacious, the bed was very comfortable too. Bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower over bath. We even had a view from our window which is good for NYC! Their bar was also great for a pre or post dinner drink. Didn't get time to try the restaurant though.
Had a couple of small issues on arrival which their maintenance guy sorted straight away. The only other issue I had was a duplicate room charge which unfortunately took a few days to sort but once I found the right person to deal with this it was all sorted. Would definitely return here again.

"Older hotel so a little dated. However rooms clean and very comfortable. Safe and good fridge in the room. Staff at reception very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful setting just outside Puno. A 20sol taxi ride into Puno.Nice walking by hotel and good views. Breakfast good."
