  • Welcome to Les 4 As,

    Just 400 metres from the long, fine-sand beach at Quend Plage.
    Come relax with family or friends—this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people.

    This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for holiday rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!

    On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright 30-square-meter living area featuring:

    At the back of the house, there is an enclosed, landscaped, and child-safe courtyard featuring outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a table with benches, and a beach umbrella.
    An adjoining storage room provides three bicycles, as well as games and beach gear, to be used at the guests’ own risk.

    Parking is free from October 1 to March 30 and requires a fee from April 1 to September 30.
    Some streets further away may offer free parking even during peak season.
    There are plenty of parking options around the house.

    Included: linens (towel sets, sheets, tea towels, bath mats) and end-of-stay cleaning.

    For our youngest guests, two safety gates are installed on the stairs.
    Baby equipment (additional fee; available upon request, subject to availability).

    No Wi-Fi in the house.
    Pets are not allowed.
    You’ll have the house and yard all to yourselves.
    You’ll receive a set of keys.
    Check-in is normally from 4:00 PM.
    Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
    Since I live about 100 kilometres from Quend-Plage, I’ve entrusted the welcome and support for your stay to Gaëlle, the concierge manager, who will be your primary point of contact throughout your visit.
    You can check in on your own using a secure key box.
    The courtyard in front of the house is not fenced in.
    From mid-June to mid-September, the market is held in front of the house every Monday and Thursday morning.
    Please do not smoke or vape inside the accommodation.
    No parties or gatherings to ensure the area remains quiet.
