I liked the staff that welcomed us and attended us for dinner.
I enjoyed the pools. I wish there were massages available but unfortunately everything was booked.
Also, there was no Netflix which my husband and I like.

No issues. The hotel had no staff on site. Everything was handled online. We were sent a code to enter the hotel and retrieve the key to our room.

Large apartment. Three single beds in bedroom were perfect for me and my sons. Kitchen is good, clean and has all the kitchenware you need. Apartment is right beside a big chain supermarket. Great place to use for the Camino de Santiago if you want a little private time.
