The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne. While we didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant we did get room service and the meal was delicious. I loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be looking forward to staying again."
