Great location for events that we were attending at MCG & Marvel Stadium, good selection of food available at breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, good atmosphere in bar area with selection of beverages available. Room was clean and tidy; lifts worked well and didn't have to wait for them like you do in some other hotels, overall, very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again. ***Just to note that if you require wheelchair access or have difficulty with stairs it would pay to check with reception first as we did not notice any ramp to access the front of the building however I would assume that the lifts would be accessible from carpark next to the front entrance.***

Everything about this hotel was amazing.

There were no teaspoons in the room to stir coffee or sugar when making a cuppa

Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town. Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.

The unit was clean, in good condition, and the bed was comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety including made to order eggs, very tasty. Check in and out was simple and quick, staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
