About this property

Custom home with heated pool!

  • Come relax in this beautiful single level custom home! The houses in this neighborhood have generous spacing between them providing lots of privacy for your stay. You’ll enjoy the open great room concept with rustic bar (alcohol not provided), and a large eat in kitchen with every kitchen accessory you could possibly need as well as upgraded appliances. The spacious dining room includes a table that seats 8 comfortably. The pool area is recently remodeled with an extendef fence line, resurfaced pool deck, a pool heat pump, new patio sectional and lounge chairs, a 20x12 pergola, artificial turf and a paver sitting area. This rental is pet friendly for small to medium dogs, with a doggy door in 4th bedroom that leads to a fenced dog area. There is also 1/4 acre pasture behind the pool fence. The large driveway fits up to 8 vehicles. Garage use is not included in this rental. RV water, power and sewer available. Please contact owner for rates. The neighborhood has walking and bike paths accessible from every street.

    New Fry's grocery store is 1/4 mile away. Lots of restaurants and shopping available at Queen Creek Market Place. Close to the Olive Mill, San Tan Flats, Schnepf Farms and Fat Cats. Beautiful hiking and riding trails at San Tan Mountain Regional Park are 6 miles south of the property. The new Bell Bank Sports Complex is 7 miles north.

    There is one step down from the entry way into the great room, and one step down from the back door into the pool area.

Best Trip Ever

We had the best time at the Art of the Cowgirl and the home was the perfect place to come to after a long day and relax as friends! Heidi is the best and we are so grateful to her for her generosity and sharing her beautiful home!

Great place!

We came for the Art of the Cowgirl at Horseshoe Park and we had a great stay. The property is beautiful and Heidi was awesome! She gave us great recommendations for dinner which was a huge help! We went to 3 of the ones she recommended and they were great! We hope to stay here again next year!

MN couple review stay at quality home in quality community with a quality host

The home was immaculate, well stocked and had all the amenities we needed. It was in a great neighborhood and we had easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, walking, biking, and sightseeing. Heidi was a great host and gave us very useful information of the area and was very attentive if we had any questions or needs. She helped make our stay in Arizona very enjoyable.

Spring Break Getaway 2023

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We coined the area the house was in as a cross between Teletubbie land (manicured, green, roaming bunnies) and Heartland (equestrian, ranch like). The house was beautiful, the back yard was peaceful. We enjoyed spending time in the sun at the pool listening to the water feature and local birds. The house is in a great location as Queens creek has a ton to offer on its own but only a short commute to Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Apache Junction, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Fountain Hills and Scottsdale to name a few of the places we visited while there. We would absolutely book again or recommend to all of our friends/family. The host is fantastic and was in constant communication with much appreciated suggestions for fun things to do in the area.
