"We stayed in a business room with one king bed. Unfortunately, the room could use some updating. Also, the room we were given was different from the one shown in the photos on Hotels.com when we made our reservation, which was disappointing.
The air conditioner was very noisy, and we had to turn it off in order to sleep.
The bathroom counter was quite narrow, leaving very little space for our personal items. The bathtub also felt unstable, as if there was a hollow space underneath the middle.
That said, the room was clean, which we appreciated.
The gym could also use some improvements. Some of the equipment was out of order, and there were no towels available.
It’s unfortunate, because this hotel has been one of my favourites. I hope these issues can be addressed, as I would love to continue enjoying my stays here."
