"It is a beautiful hotel with a very clean pool and jacuzzi, beautiful restaurant and lobby Dinner was very good, good flavor, but portions were tiny. Almost dietary and very pricy. Breakfast brunch was amazing; lots to choose from, excellent presentation and good flavor. The service was excellent, very kind staff. However, we were extremely disappointed with the look and condition of the carpet all over the facility and in our bedroom. Really ragged, stained, ripped in some areas and very dirty specially in the room. We found hairs in the shower, one of the rolls of toilet paper was almost finished, so they gave us the same one from previous guests instead of giving us a new roll. We reserved the business room but the condition of the doors, old bathroom and terrible carpet didn’t make us feel like working in there. The pad left for notes had also been used, it hardly had any pages left. It is very important to consider those details; when new guests arrive to the bedroom, everything should be new. The handle was broken, the door very old and peeled. They need to do a lot of maintenance, renovations and better cleaning inside the rooms looks like. Pretty noisy at night from people talking outside the bedroom and heard their steps above and next to us. Overall beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and staff, but very disappointed with carpets and bedroom."
