Levis is charming
As visitors from the United States to Quebec City, this was a great place to stay, away from the tourist crowd--a quiet neighborhood, an authentic piece of Quebec. The property manager was prompt and courteous in all our communication. The apartment was clean and pleasant.

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood
This apartment was just as photos showed and kitchen was well equipped. Location is a short pleasant walk to the ferry for Quebec city. Not through sketchy areas. One flight of stairs up to apartment and our assigned parking spot was just across the road. The building itself is not new but that was irrelevant. It was a very nice apartment, we didn't need it but washer and dryer would be handy for some. We would return.

Clean bedding, towels and tea-cloths were all found in the dryer so, no issues there once we found them. On return to the UK, I received an e.mail showing a photo of a damaged window covering which, was exactly as found upon arrival. Not sure why that wasn't noticed when the accommodation was prepared prior to our arrival. The host was also notified of an issue with me not being able to receive e.mails after leaving work, prior to my trip as there was an issue with my personal account which, would not be fixed until after my return. So, having been told I'd receive the entry details by text, it was quite dissapointing to have to chase that . . . especially as the first accommodation of my trip was a different location with the same host and no details were sent by text for that and just an unmanned phone on the day meant having to find last minute accommodation overnight.

Le matelas n’est pas confortable. Il n’y a pas de rideau opaque, donc à 5h00, il faisait très clair dans l’appartement. On entend beaucoup des voisins et les bruits extérieurs.

Bruit et senteurs provenant de l etage du bas. Reveillé a 22h pour un stationnement. Pas de moustiquaires aux fenetres . Senteur dans l couloir du bas

Pour les points négatifs : -literie horrible une simple planche de bois en guise de sommier. -menage approximatif (sol non lave ,juste balayé) -mobilier hors d'âge -salle de bain obsolète (des "travaux" ont bien ete faits mais c'est plutot de l'ordre de bricolages plutot que de travaux de rénovation) Pour le positif: parking disponible, emplacement proche du quai de Levis, machines a laver sèche linge)
