You will have access to all amenities nearby in addition to being within walking distance of the downtown and Old Quebec. You will be on 3rd Avenue where you will find the best cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in Quebec. You have easy access to public transport and you also have an electric bike terminal around the corner, so you can park your vehicle and enjoy your stay without needing it. The accommodation includes two bedrooms with queen beds as well as two double sofa beds located in the living room and the dining room. You also have everything you need to cook including salt, pepper, oil and spices as well as bedding and towels included. You will have access to the entire accommodation including a private balcony. You can reach us via messaging and you will have a quick response between 9am and 10pm. A bit of a hike to old city, but we still opted to walk rather than Uber. If you are a family with three adult-sized teenagers, space to spread out and just chill was at a bit of a premium. The kitchen was spacious and the dining room table was large, so we made it work. The appliances were all in good working order and the unit was clean.If you aren't familiar with the famous "outside staircases" of Quebec, be aware that the staircase to get to the unit is very steep, and was icy as well. Anyone with mobility issues would not be able to stay in this unit. There are small convenience stores, a full grocery store, a gas station and many restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Street noise was very minimal. Check-in was smooth with no issues. Regular emails arrived promptly with clear instructions. Check-out procedure was easy and other than "wash the dishes and please treat the space with respect" there weren't a lot of requirements on leaving.We enjoyed our stay and would visit this property again. ##### Hannah M. Rooms were roomy and there was lots of living space. Host was quick to reply to questions and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable.
