Its lacked this red balcony. We didn't see it. No elevator especially if you have lots of luggage and stroller. The bedroom is adjacent to corridor walkway. The entire Saturdays night clubbers made noise.
Else its near all amenities we needed
This unit is spacious, fully stocked kitchen, light windows facing the docks. The 2 bedrooms are sort of a hallway turned into bedrooms, but it works okay. Not very private for 2 couples, as they don't have "real" doors, just sliding frosted panels. But for a family or friends, this is great. Double walled windows in front keeps the sound of the busy road out.
Walking to EVERYTHING, fantastic London.
This condo was perfect! Spacious, beautiful for our family of 4. The location was even better than we expected. Not only is it less than 10 minute walk to Petit Champlain, the immediate area was so full of character with old streets, restaurants and cafes right out our door. I also recommend getting e-bikes which are conveniently available next door. We loved the condo for how modern it was in an old building with laundry, kitchen and living room for us. The rooftop terrace was an amazing nice touch too for a sunny afternoon or night time cocktail. We love Quebec City more and more each visit and we would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend.
The apartment is a bit tricky to find unless you are familiar with how streets are named in French-Canadian cities. It is on a busy street, but the windows keep out loud noises. It is one story up a rather steep set of stairs. Each bedroom is big enough for the bed, with not much extra space, and little storage. The kitchen, bath and living area are clean and quite adequate for two people. Four would be a bit crowded. Location is convenient to waterfront and the old city.
Great location. 15 minutes to a market. Easy access to Old Towne Quebec. Nice eateries literally around the corner. Kitchen has everything you need. Host responded to inquiries quickly. Would use again.
Perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Old Quebec! Great restaurants around the corner. VRBO was perfect for 4 ladies. Enjoyed a few drinks on the rooftop to end the night. Would definitely recommend and hope to book again down the road.
Great location for walking old quebec and surrounding area! Lots of great dining and food options and the sites are spectacular. No elevator in building so if stairs are a problem you will not make use of the terrace balcony! But well worth the climb to see the views and enjoy a bevvie!
Very spacious condo. We only used kitchen for breakfast but we had everything we needed. The shower was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Living room sofa not very comfortable and only 1 extra chair (which was comfortable).Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.When I took the garbage out in the morning, at 6:30 am, the day we were leaving I could not get back in building as the code had been changed. Fortunately my friend was inside and finally figured out something was wrong and came looking for me. I would have thought the code would change after we were leaving when I advised that would be 7am. We loved our trip and I would definitely book again.
This apartment was the Perfect place to stay for our 35th Wedding anniversary trip to Quebec City. Check in was very smooth and we had multiple communications from the host who kindly answered many questions we had about our stay prior to check in. We were delighted to discover that the apartment is as advertised and we were very comfortable and happy there. I agree with a previous reviewer that this apartment would not provide much privacy for 2 couples but for us or a small family or friends who are very comfortable with each other, it's perfect . We loved the location down by the river , away from a lot of the crowds (we were there during the big Music Festival) and yet within walking distance to all the sights, cafes, restaurants in Old Quebec. The building was quiet and we did not hear much street noise at night. We took advantage of the great bike shop around the corner and enjoyed biking along the river and into the smaller neighborhoods just outside the old city. We had very clear and easy check out instructions which made getting to the airport our last morning very smooth. We would DEFINITELY return to this great apartment. We LOVE Quebec!!

Three weeks in Quebec City
The apartment was roomy and for the most part well decorated but it definitely had some issues. The sofa was so stained and dirty that we would not sit on it without putting down a sheet. There was mold in the bathroom shower and the face bowl did not drain properly. Only 1 setting on the washing machine worked and it worked poorly. The worst problem was that during a power failure, we were unable to get into the apartment and the one phone contact that we were given did not have a key. It took almost 1.5 hours to get someone to open the building for us. That left us waiting in 18 F degree temperature. If you rent this, be sure that you have the phone number of the person who has the key to the building.
