L'appartement La Corriveau (renamed in memory of Madame Claude Corriveau-Biron-1943-2017, co-founder and beloved wife of Mr. Grégoire Biron, current owner of the Royal Dalhousie. Also a reference to Marie-Josephte Corriveau, better known as la Corriveau, a popular figure in Quebec folklore) is located on the 3rd floor of the Royal Dalhousie building. With its large open common areas, magnificent bay windows offering breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, hardwood floors and gray stone wall, this unit is sure to meet your expectations.

The spacious and oversized apartments at the Royal Dalhousie have generous windows offering a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River and Place des Canotiers. You will also have access to our rooftop terrace to enjoy a 360 view from Ile d'Orléans to Château Frontenac. An ideal place to have your coffee, get together for a happy hour or admire the fireworks on festive evenings. The Royal Dalhousie apartments with free WI-FI connection have huge common areas such as a living room with HD smart TV and HD receiver. A large dining room to enjoy your meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove and 30-inch dishwasher), small electrical appliances (double coffee maker, toaster, food processor and slow cooker), cookware and cooking utensils. kitchenware, cutlery and glasses. Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. We had a beautiful time in Quebec city and this property was in the best location and was such a delight. It was wonderful for our family of five and we loved walking and exploring the area before Christmas. We were on a culinary adventure and it did not disappoint! We got a very warm welcome from Pierre. Our apartment was very clean and spacious and the view was beautiful. Parking was very convenient. We got to enjoy the fireworks on the terrace and chat with the owner Greg. Would most certainly recommend.

We loved it

The condo was beautiful and exactly as represented in the photos. Perfect location, delightful hosts. We met some of our neighbors on the rooftop terrace (so nice!) but otherwise would not have even known they were there. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Quebec City.

The apartment is lovely with a lot of useful added details like shopping bags/cart, umbrella. The check in process was not satisfactory. The host was contacted a number of times in the 3 days before check in and we had no reply. Multiple phone calls were made and messages left - no response. After more than 30 minutes standing outside the premises we were looking into alternative hotels. A phone call was finally answered and the door code given.

Summer Holiday

This property is ideal for a great visit in Quebec City. Words fall short on all the beauty of the location, apartment, rooftop deck, access to all the restaurants, shops, and water view. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and property manager who answered our questions and showcased some of the area's best places to visit. Our first night there were fireworks over the rooftop deck and it will be something we won't soon forget. Don't hesitate booking this property- you won't regret it.

Lovely home

Our group of four travelers (husband, wife, son, sister in law) fit perfectly in this spacious three bedroom apartment overlooking the harbor. The unit is flooded by light from the wall of windows and the view of the mega cruise ships was fascinating. Check in was simple, the host gracious and parking ample. We loved this place! It was so comfortable and fully equipped for cooking, entertaining or (given my group) hanging out when the weather in Quebec City was rainy. My favorite time at the rental was an impromptu gathering on the roof top lounge with the owners and other guests as we watched the Queen Mary 2 majestically leave dock after a 2 day stay. Sipping wine and quietly imagining the voyage ahead was a moment that makes travel worth all of the inevitable hassles.

Relaxing stay in Quebec City

My husband, our friends, and I enjoyed our stay at Royal Dalhousie immensely. The view from the condo was amazing, including several cruise ships that appeared during our time there. The location was very close to sites that we wanted to see. We enjoyed walking around and also took advantage of the parking available at the condo. Pierre and his wife were very friendly and welcoming upon arrival and answered any questions that we had during our stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop deck after dinner. Our only comment would be in regard to the Wi-Fi, during I’m assuming busy times throughout the condo building, the service was slow, almost nonexistent. Not really an issue, but when trying to book reservations, or access excursion tickets, it was a little challenging. But a minor critique of a lovely stay.
