Bathroom Door Issues: Multiple washroom doors were not closing at all, forcing someone to wait outside every time the bathroom was in use — which was extremely inconvenient, especially for a group stay. Same as above, technician and manager made sure we were right and something is wrong with the door and they couldn’t fix it.Misrepresentation of Property Details: The listing clearly stated 4 bathrooms, but the property only had 2.5 functional bathrooms. This was misleading and caused major inconvenience as we had planned based on the assumption of sufficient facilities.Non-functioning Exhaust Fans in Bathrooms: None of the bathroom exhaust systems were working, creating poor air circulation, unpleasant odors, and potential hygiene and health hazards.There was no any toiletries in the washroom.
