Avec 3 salles de bain, 2 cuisines complètement équipées, 7 chambres offrant 3 lits kings, 5 lits queens et 1 lit double ainsi que des aires de vie commun très spacieux, tout y est pour un magnifique séjour à Québec. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier les trois immenses terrasses privées qui offrent une vue de la ville à couper le souffle! Le premier condo offre tout d'une expérience luxueuse avec ses magnifiques murs de brique et de plancher de bois franc brésilien. On peut y retrouver 2 chambres privées avec des lits kings et une troisième chambre privée avec un lit queen. La grande et spacieuse salle de bain est très accommodante pour 6 adultes. Il y a également une cuisine dernier cri pour vous préparez vos repas préférés. Vous y retrouverez également une grande terrasse privée pour prendre l\`air et profiter du soleil. Il y a également un chaleureux espace foyer afin de vous détendre avec un rafraîchissement ou bien l\`utiliser comme coin de lecture. Finalement, un salon parfaitement aménagé comblera tous les besoins de votre séjour. Vous remarquerez également dans le salon un mur de pierre qui est le restant de la fondation d\`une maison ayant passée au feu lors du grand feu de 1870 dans le quartier de Saint-Roch. Il s\`agît littéralement d\`une pièce d\`histoire! Le deuxième condo sera l'endroit de prédilection pour se réunir avec ses espaces spacieux sur deux étages. Le premier étage comprend un sublime salon et foyer au gaz, une salle à manger et une cuisine tendance complétement équipée afin de cuisiner vos plats préférés ou simplement vos take-outs après une longue journée de visite. Il y a également une magnifique salle de bain avec douche et une chambre avec deux lits queen, sans compter une majestueuse terrasse donnant une vue surplombante de la rue Saint-Joseph. Au deuxième étage, vous retrouver une espace ''lounge'' pour prendre un verre ou lire votre livre favoris. On y retrouve également une deuxième magnifique salle de bain avec douche, une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre avec lit king. De plus, nous offrons une chambre avec un lit queen et un lit double qui est seulement accessible par la chambre qui a un lit king. Pour finir, vous y trouverez notre deuxième terrasse qui donne une vue à couper le souffle autant des montages au nord que de la haute-ville. Ces condos sont tout simplement un incontournable pour un voyage de famille ou de groupe à Québec! Le stationnement est à une minute à pied. L'adresse est le 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. C'est 30$ CAD par jour. Vous disposez également d'une zone de débarcadère juste devant le condo, ce qui vous permet de déposer vos bagages et de vous rendre ensuite au stationnement. \*Les condos sont situés au 3ième, 4ieme et 5ieme étage de l\`immeuble.
