Très bel espace de vie, salon-cuisine aire ouverte, deux grandes chambres, beaucoup de rangement, accès à la cour arrière. Immeuble très tranquille. L’appartement est complètement meublé (poêle, frigidaire, laveuse, sécheuse, mobiliers de chambre, salon, cuisine, vaisselle, literie), électricité, chauffage et Internet inclus. Pour les amants de la ville désirant aussi profiter de la nature : deux très beaux parcs juste au coin de la rue ! Stationnement dans la rue sans vignette. Possibilité stationnement lors d’opération déneigement. Non-fumeurs, animaux interdits. Un mois minimum.
